Adjusting to Increased Volatility

Today we witnessed a volatility squeeze on the August VIX (VX) and VSTOXX (FVS) contract. Volatility tends to increase the Initial Balance, Extension and Daily ranges significantly.
This brings opportunity, but evidently also increased risk.
It is important to adjust to the increased volatility in order to survive in the market.
